These days, there are no stories to write. Life seems almost “normal” again. So I’ll write about the normal. Because normal is what gets you through.
Everyday I get up and actually can’t wait to get out into the world. I am excited for what the day will bring. I want to experience every little thing the world has to offer to me.
My life is all about living for the now and keeping as much stress at bay as possible. For the first time in years I sleep through the night. No stress and good sleep hygiene are imperative to managing bipolar.
There comes a time when you have to put up a wall and not let other peoples negativeness come into your life. When it is something you have no control over you just can’t allow that type of darkness to penetrate your brain. If it is not your problem then leave it that way.
The most important part of keeping yourself in a good place is your support system, the people that are there for you at all times no matter what. The people that can handle your darkest thoughts and people that can provide some of your happiest thoughts too. People that only want the best for you no matter what. Pure honest and caring people. I don’t know what I would do without my support system. My important people that I want in my life for a very long time to come.
